the family room was airy and had a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and an iron. the location was unbeatable and amazing, 25 km to phu quoc international airport, perfectly reachable.

Our room was well-appointed, with baths and balconies for relaxation. the property's location, while a bit remote from other restaurants, provided a peaceful setting. Additionally, the friendly staff contributed to making our stay enjoyable.

Our room was lovely and good with balconies and the overall experience was fab. The staff was sweet, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The total stay was perfectly pleasant with wonderful service. The location offered was nice near the Island and main attractions. All the staff was very amiable and helpful enough, settled my issues. The breakfast had a good choice of food, including good tea, cookies, cakes, and chocolate.

The villa I stayed in was clean and spacious with nice balconies; also, the hotel is in a fantastic beachfront location.

It was a VERY NICE stay for 6 nights. My room was new-fashioned, there were pay TV, a laptop-size safe and a cable TV with on-demand movies. Location: the hotel was near the nature, the Island and the Vietnam government, and nearby local restaurants.

The breakfast options were great and enjoyable, and the location in the residences area was fantastic.

I got a great upgrade to a comfortable studio suite with balconies and the staff here was exceptional, providing excellent services.

The location was wonderful - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was big and airy with balconies. The breakfast had lots of food and it was perfect.

Cozy beds that you sink into, a safe big enough for your laptop, and a TV with on-demand movies. the bathroom is loaded with a refreshing walk-in shower. You'll wake up to amazing views and the beach right at your doorstep. 🏖️

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff, who were friendly and spoke English fluently. The pool at the hotel was quieter compared to the nearby resort, giving us a peaceful and relaxing swimming experience. We also appreciated the spaciousness of our hotel room, providing us with plenty of comfort and room to move around.

We found the room temperature to be extremely cold and were unable to adjust it. The housekeeping and bathroom facilities were average, with issues such as poor drainage and malfunctioning WC. we were disappointed by the average quality of the food, as well as the limited options for washing and drying laundry in the villa.
